We are taking things seriously when it comes to sanitary precautions in the space. The studio is NOT a living space, and is cleaned and disinfected before and after every client. Face masks are required for all building guests. Wash your hands upon arriving and before leaving. Max 6 person capacity in space. Leave ON TIME so cleaner can do their job.

This charmingly bohemian apartment is designed to foster creativity, work, play, and relaxation. The architecture is original and crafted true to the style of the early 1900s in midtown Toronto. The apartment has two bedrooms, galley kitchen, large dining and living room with plenty of natural light. Fondly called 'the treehouse' by the occupant because of the neighborhood flora and fauna and this second-floor apartment has stunning views of the outdoors.

Price listed is for 6 people—max. If more people, the rate goes up accordingly.
There is a paid parking on the street and free parking On side streets
Footwear must be removed at entrance.
Furniture NOT to be moved (damages floors).
No smoking, vaping, parties, pets, or loud music.
All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallway, etc.
**Please respect that this is a residential, quiet building**
