Our state of the art facility features over 3,500 sq ft of an acoustically tuned and sound proofed, functional space, conducive to any event. Just beyond the garage door are hiding two huge barn doors that open up to an enclosed patio adding 1,300 sq.ft. to your event.

Includes 5- 6ft banquet tables and up-to 50 chairs.

Minimum Booking: 3 hours
Whether the Studio is rented by the hour, half day or full day, the time booked includes load-in and out, prep-time and event.
In order to access our studio we require:
• Liability Waiver Form. ------------ Provided by the studio.
• Proof of Liability Insurance ----- Guest’s Responsibility.
• Refundable Security Deposit. - $ 300.00
For public events security deposit is increased to $700. The studio can only be rented by persons age 25 or older for events open to the public.
Owner reserves the right to refuse rental to any party.
Nothing is to be hung from the ceiling without approval and supervision of the Studio Manager.
Renters must do a basic clean-up, otherwise a $100 clean-up charge will be taken from security deposit.
