A New York-style loft located in beautiful Riverside, just minutes away from the Opera House, the Broadview Hotel, and all the awesome bars and restaurants of Queen Street East. In this historical landmark building hides a unique open concept, newly renovated space with 18ft ceilings and 8 oversized windows that gets blasted with south east sunlight, illuminating the entire space. The night brings a much different feel, with the moon visible from the windows and colourful mood lighting that will make you feel comfortable to relax with a drink and converse with a mature group of interesting people of your choice.
A few small disclaimers: since this is one of Toronto’s historical buildings (dates from 1885), there are a few quirks that come along with all the charm. The windows appear to be a little murky, which is due to condensation inside the double-glazing. (I am told they will be replaced soon!) The huge ceilings can make it a bit drafty, but there are radiators and electric heaters provided.
Finally, as a bonus. This space comes with 2 bar tender/server to make your experience more enjoyable.
