Bright Industrial Artist Loft
About
Located in the historical Tender Loft building, this sunny hard loft is a perfect venue for creative photo shoots and productions. Recently renovated, the space contains two floors, a main open space and a loft bedroom nook. There is also a newly renovated bathroom and beautiful entryway. This space gets beautiful light in the afternoon, with white and white brick walls. Walls, ceiling, window frames, beams and pipes are all freshly painted. A number of well-groomed plants decorate the space. The space also includes a music production studio, with top quality sound system and TV available for use. The loft-style kitchen features unique open shelving and a stainless steel double sink with new retractable faucet - kitchen stove is also brand new.
The space showcases world-renowned visual artist Bruno Smoky's first Toronto 2017 piece, a seemingly floating house with characterized fish - check out the pictures! Bruno Smoky ('Smoky') began painting on walls with spray paint in Brasilandia, where he grew up, a precarious neighborhood of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Smoky has gained international and professional recognition through his artistic journeys though out Brazil, Chile, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Argentina, Paraguay, Sweden, USA, England and Canada.
We look forward to hosting you in our unique artist loft and helping to bring your creative vision to light!
