It includes a kitchen area, bathroom and outdoor patio with a private entrance to the space that does not interfere with the rest of the building. Wifi is included along with air conditioning and heat. The space can come furnished with table and chairs or empty depending on the needs of the customer for photo shoots, sample sales, etc!
