Rentals are for 8am-6pm. Additional time must be quoted.
Brandon was really easy to deal with and his space was perfect for my party. I would definitely go back for any other events I'm hosting.
We booked the location to host a 2-day paper flower workshop for a group of students over one weekend. The venue is spacious and bright. It has steel beams and white washed brick walls and an overall very cozy feel (despite its size). We took full advantage of the large and well-equipped kitchen (it includes a commercial fridge, coffee maker, toaster, well-sized island). We had over 20 people and were worried about the logistics of feeding everyone. Brandon made it easy for us as the kitchen provided paper plates/cutlery, salt/sugar, cream. All we brought with us was the food, napkins, our own coffee, and paper cups for hot drinks. We needed 8 tables, 24+ chairs, the use of a projector and c-stand, and Brandon was able to provide those to us when we arrived. He also arranged for us to drop off our boxes of materials/tools/food the day before (Friday) so we could set up on Saturday morning at a reasonable time. Although we had originally planned to be out of the venue by 5 pm each day, we didn't leave until 6 pm on both days and Brandon was kind enough to allow us to stay overtime. Overall, I think Brandon was incredibly accommodating and the perfect host for what could have been a very stressful weekend. We would definitely consider hosting another workshop at this venue again in the future!
This space was absolutely as advertised, if not better. Brandon was a pleasure to deal with, quick responses and a great help during our function. The space is cool, funky and very easy to work with. We celebrated my wife's birthday, even though the space can accommodate more than the 60 guests we had, it was still intimate enough to make for a fantastic evening. Brandon and Robert were very helpful in providing us with anything we may have overlooked. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again, from the actual space, amenities and service, A+ all around.
Not only was the venue very cool, funky and eclectic, it was clean and located in an old industrial building that has been mostly converted into a destination and home for studios, publishers and the like. Upon entering the building it has great 'walk-in' appeal. The common areas were also clean, spacious and well refurbished. The bathrooms were conveniently located close to the unit and were also clean and well stocked. Robert was a great host and made himself available during our party. All of our guests loved the venue without exception. The fridge and kitchen facilities allowed our caterer to prep and serve food efficiently. Brandon and Robert also made available, at no extra charge, tables and chairs along with a rolling table we used as our cocktail bar. I would highly recommend this venue for virtually any function. 5-stars! Thank you Brandon and Robert for making my wife's 50th birthday very, very special!
Highly recommend! The space is amazing and unique, all my guests commented how much they enjoyed the vibe of the venue. Brandon is friendly, organized, responds to emails quickly and provided useful suggestions to make the night a success. A++

Brandon and his Spacious Studio worked out perfectly. He was quick to respond and very hospitable, helping us set up the space and offering extra gear for the session. The space is beautiful. I would definitely use it again and highly reccomend it.
Booking with Brandon has been such a great experience! It was pretty last minute since our other venue got damaged but we ended up blessing this misfortune. The place is absolutely as described. Brandon has been so responsive, really helpful and available to make our event a super success. We will surely book there in the future. A plus +++ for the coffee ready and hot when we get there. This is a really cool space. It was the perfect venue for hosting about 60 guests for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, though it could have easily accommodated more. If you're looking for an event space in Toronto that has character but is also reasonably priced, I'd highly recommend checking this spot out. To top it off, Brandon was tremendously helpful throughout the entire process - he was a genuine pleasure to work with. If I were holding a similar event in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
