This loft is a curated living space offering modern finishes, a functional kitchen and thoughtful interiors. This newly renovated open concept studio loft is bright, clean, cozy and artistic. The loft has a neutral aesthetic, perfect for adding your own personal touches.
The loft is a fully-furnished space with 10' ceilings, hardwood floors, abundant south facing natural light; which makes it an excellent venue for editorial, portrait, product, food, interior and lifestyle photo shoots.
You will find various handmade artworks, ceramics and objects in the loft, which you are welcome to use. Extra features include a functional work desk, full bathroom, and in-suite laundry. The loft is also equipped with sheer curtains to allow for diffused lighting as well as black-out curtains for controlled lighting situations.
Ample street parking available. One parking stall (in the building) available upon request.

— Please respect our belongings. Things can be moved to allow for different setups, but please put everything back in its proper place when finished.
