The loft is in an industrial area just south of the arts district in DTLA. Buildings, train tracks, industry. It's very close to downtown and the arts district. Brick building with a lot of graffiti - recently remodeled very nice interior space.
** The loft is in the back of the building, neighboring a scrap metal yard. Noise is random during weekly work hours, and absent on Sundays.

No cigarettes in the building.
There is plenty of free street parking - please park in the street and do not use the adjacent parking lot.
In addition to cleaning up after yourself in the loft, the hallways in the building must stay clean too. Please keep your crew in the space (rather than in the hallways of the building).
