This space is being disinfected after each booking and is clean, safe and available for rentals to individuals and small groups while social distancing is in place.

Bright and open studio space. 11 ft high ceilings, big windows, hardwood floors. Walls are half tongue and groove wood, half brick. Rustic artsy feel. Versatile space ideal for photo/video shoots, dance/fitness classes or private meetings and events.
Bookings include small waiting area in addition to the main studio space.
Entrance is through the alleyway to the rear of the building. Unfortunately, no elevator in building, the space is on the third floor only accessible by stairs.
No live music allowed, no tap dance, no smoking.

Great Space and super friendly host! Julianne was super helpful in showing me around and accommodating. Used it for some sporty shoots and it was perfect for that. The texture of the walls looked super neat. :) Will come back!
