Photo and video studio, location rental, and event venue in midtown Manhattan. Measuring 2,600 usable square feet with 11 foot ceilings, we offer abundant daylight with north, west and south-facing light with breathtaking, unobstructed city views.
Equipped with a newly-renovated kitchen, white open loft space & white epoxy floors, full bathroom, convenient direct freight, WiFi connectivity, equipment room and private office space, the studio offers all the amenities and services needed for a photo/video shoots and events. Plus, an extremely convenient location in midtown next door to the New York Times building, Port Authority and four major subway lines.
****Please Note that rates differ depending on event type. Please inquire for photo / video, and offsite meetings as the rate is lower for this type of use.
Minimum Booking: 1 day
1 Insurance is required and must be submitted 1 week before event date. If Alcohol is served you will need a alcohol liability on the insurance policy.
2 Only Wine can be served, no other alcohol is permitted.
3 Freight elevator is 9am-5pm. $50 per hour after 5pm ( mandatory for all events )
4 A clean up fee will be applied to all events ranging from $300- $500 depending on event type.
There were some adjustments we needed to make and David was more than accommodating. He was always available if we had a question prior to the event and during the event. We would absolutely use this space again, not only was it a beautiful space but it had so many things we needed so we didn't have to rent as much (tables, chairs, dining accessories). And again, David was fantastic.
