Booking times include setup and cleanup however some exceptions can be made for earlier setup.

You are free to rearrange the space but it must be put back how it was left. Furniture cannot be removed. If there is a need to bring in additional furniture, please let us know in advance.

All garbage is to be placed in garbage bags and left in the kitchen, taking care not to stain the furniture. Our cleaning staff will take the bags and recycling out.

Any excessive drunkenness, rowdy or inappropriate behaviour of any nature is grounds to stop the event and withhold the damage deposit.

No use of adhesive tape is permitted except for masking tape to affix decorations to the walls, door panel or similar finishing within the room, and any such tape must be removed. Any marks left by either the installation or removal of decorations must be repaired or the cost to do so will be deducted from security/damage deposit.

All personal belongings and decorations, including all objects not belonging to the space must be removed and the room is to be cleaned and left in the same condition as supplied by no later than 12:00am.

For ease of access, a guest list is required at least two days before the event. It doesn't have to be completely accurate, it's just so the security guard can let guests buzz in without having to sign in when they arrive. You may not sell tickets at the door.

There is $50 cancellation fee with 20 days prior to the event
30% cancellation fee within 20 days

Maximum Capacity is 29 or 58 with adjoining room. Fire code!



    The minimum booking time for this space is 3 hours.
