Shared Space Vendors can make use of up to 300 square feet of shared space, along with full use of our wide windows visible by street level. Our full 1200 square foot space can also be booked, you'll find it here on this open space or just message us here and we'll let you know all about it!

Overlooking busy Jarvis Street, our fully furnished venue is open to hosting pop-up shops, art exhibits, and more.

Sunday - Thurs rentals are $200/day, Friday and Saturday bookings are $350/day.

Creative freedom: We encourage renters to make full use of our 18" by 17" wide windowed storefront. It attracts a lot of stares, thanks to heavy foot traffic.
Modular furniture: We house several shelving, desk, and bench units that easily adapt to suit your needs. These minimalist-style statement pieces are multi-functional. They can also be stored away if you want a blank canvas!

**Sound**
We don't have a sound system so you will need to bring your own, speakers for our shared space vendors need to be respectful of the office space upstairs.

**Late Night Events**
We are open to respectful late night events! There will be a $100 charge on your booking to account for our event manager being present to ensure guest safety and to help you clean up after the event. Materials can be picked up the next morning if necessary.

Our operating team is a talented group of designers that can make your event a success! Whatever you need, we can make it happen.

Located in Toronto's vibrant design district, the venue is close to community hub of businesses leading in architecture, furniture design, and contemporary art. We're steps away from George Brown College, St. Lawrence Market, Mystic Muffin, and Ryerson University.

Your team is responsible for putting the space back to the way it was when you first saw the space, our event manager will be on site to help you with this but you need a cleanup crew.

Music must not be audible beyond our outside sidewalk.

Late night events must be respectful of quiet hours after 11pm. Music is fine, but keep the doors shut as much as possible and keep the sidewalk clear!
