About
An all-white concept space and studio where people can work on their projects and host intimate events. Every corner of the studio is perfectly designed with your needs in mind and you'll be amazed by the attention to detail we put in this gorgeous space.
Comes with all the furniture shown in the pictures, plus a surround Sonos system connected to an iPad and colored backdrops (on demand at an additional fee).
With 5000K LED panels attached to the ceiling to make the space very bright and reproduce daylight lighting.
Access to a garage door and a loading dock.
On demand:
- Nespresso coffee: 11.50$ per box of 10 units
- 9' colored backdrops: 10$ for one or 25$ for three
- 6 feet tables: 8.00$/table
- White folding chairs: 2.50$/chair
- Cocktail tables: 12.00$/table
- White tablecloths: 15.00$/unit
IMPORTANT NOTES
Base price of 90$/h is for photoshoots of less than 10 people only. We do not accept gatherings or groups of more than 10 people at this time. Thank you!

- No smoking of any kind, no possession.
- Only indoor shoes (no boots or outdoor shoes allowed).
- Every furniture must be put back in place before departure.
- Our cyclorama is rented as is. If you want a white fresh coat of white, +75.00$.

This space is a very unique one due to the stark whiteness. It has a very well kept cyc wall and a wide range of seamless paper rolls if you require a different background. I highly recommend this studio.
