High ceilings/ huge windows, with Southern and Eastern exposures. Brick walls and wood floors. Top floor, corner unit. Equipped with Heintzman piano, real swing, and tons of natural light. Perfect for photo shoots, not suitable for parties. Price listed is for four people and under. Daily rate based on a 12 hour day. If more people are involved and having access to the space, the rate goes up according to the number. Booking time includes load in (and out) set up and wrap.
The swing is for sitting not swinging. The host will not be liable for any action that occurs during the use of the swing.

The loft is amazing. We had a great time shooting here. Super sunny and clean. The photos do not do it justice. Communication with Marie was super easy and we very much enjoyed our experience.
