The space is great for photoshoots, corporate events, trunk shows, product launches, still shoots and commercials. Personal parties can be requested and will be reviewed.
The size, times and various aspects will affect the quote.
Price quoted is for small shoots, larger productions quoted separately.

Furniture and contents must be put back exactly as original. I suggest taking reference photos so you know how things were.
It is freshly painted. Fingerprints, scuffs and marks to walls and floor will be noted and cleaning charges or repairs will be applied against damage deposit.
Take your trash down to the garbage room.
If furnishings are not put back, or you break or take anything, you will be charged.

This space. Wow!!! Jocelyn was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating. The space is exactly as pictured and got tons of natural light through the huge windows. The open concept layout created endless creative opportunity throughout the space. You can tell that a lot of thought and time was put into the interior and furnishings to pull the space together. We considered a few other lofts before booking Jocelyns space. SO happy we did!!!

Loved the space! The view and the lighting is spectacular! Jocelyn was so kind and managed everything for us so we didn’t really needed to ask for anything. Would definitely book it again in the future and highly recommends it! Ps:Love the candles!

Jocelyn's place was great for a small production video shoot. The natural light is amazing and the predominantly white surfaces are great for making your product pop.
