-Open Loft Style boardroom with TV and whiteboard. This room can be used for catered cocktail or network events, team training, meetings, workshops, etc.
-Lounge with beer keg for small gatherings of less than 30 people (additional cost - $75/keg)
-Enclosed meeting room with small table (seats 4) plus desk with executive chair.
-Back room accessible for storage during your booking.
-Front office with 4 work stations set up
-High top table equipped with 6 bar stools and power. Can also be used for catering with cocktail receptions.
-Areas available for photographer(s) for simple photo shoots (1 model), max production team of 4 ppl.

This space worked perfectly for our 2 day strategic offsite (Coast Capital Savings). It is wonderfully decorated and is exactly as described! Lindsay was very quick to answer any questions that I had and communicated with me during the days of the event to make sure everything went smoothly. Little extras like having tea and coffee available also go a long way. I would definitely recommend renting this space for corporate meetings, you will not be disappointed!

Super solid experience. Lindsay was quick to respond on short notice, and was attentive while we were visiting the space. The space itself was as-described and has that startup charm. Did everything we needed it to. Thanks!

The space is better than the photos! Location is perfect, the space is great for a creative meeting, and the piano music that starts around 3:00pm is a major bonus.
