Original 1920's brick building with a hand-built interior, art, vintage furniture and plenty of character, perfect for photo and film shoots. 1,800 sf. white-brick wall, hand-built loft with sound system, wood floors. Public bathroom with 3 stalls, 2 urinals. Beautiful 800 sf. wood deck and 1,800 sf. open roof. All the the furniture in the photos are included and are available for use.
75 person maximum, 1am end time for music events, we also offer the entire building with a 110 person capacity.

All music events must end by 1 AM. Events over 30 guests also require a security person and night manager for an additional $280 fee. Optionally, we offer our DJ setup, concert piano and drum kit for $500 fee, plus an additional $1,000 security deposit.
No open fires or exposed candles, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Under no circumstances are guests, equipment or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Exceptions can be made for shoots. A roof protection plan must be submitted and approved with management one (1) week before the rental. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck.
We will make our best attempt to return any lost items. However, we are not responsible for any property left behind after your rental. Ensure you, and your guests remove everything before leaving the building.
