About the Warehouse with Open Commercial Kitchen:
Our 2,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space is a uniquely blank canvas, designed to accommodate awesome events. With 18' ceilings and a multi-room layout divided by barn doors, our event space can be customized exactly to your needs. Capacities are almost limitless, based on your vision. In most cases, we cap full service events at 200 guests inside...though adding our Garage Bay let’s you up this number and opens up lots of additional possibilities. Amenities Overview:
Our event space includes a fully-furnished demonstration kitchen. If you so desire, chefs will create uniquely interactive experiences while attendees participate or watch on our 75-inch Samsung Smart TV / Sony professional video cam. The big screen is also equipped with Apple TV and Google Chromecast which can mirror your wireless device, or stream just about anything from your computer or from around the world. SONOS sound systems are mounted in every room and allow you to set your own playlist from any phone, tablet or computer. Alternatively, we have partnered with Bruce Pike Productions to bring in the best of professional sound and lighting. Live bands, valet parking, coat check and security staff are also an option if your event warrants.

Charging stations keep your guests photographing and posting about your event all night long. Our newly-renovated space features ADA bathrooms, new HVAC, and lots of lighting options. Large shelves made of reclaimed wood can be filled with your photos, flowers and candles to help personalize a special day.

The Important Stuff (Food & Drink):
Behind our event space lives an additional 8,000 square feet of the hall's commercial kitchens. We are home to nearly 40 of DC's favorite food & beverage producers ranging from Black Pearl Tarts, to Republic Kolache and Bullfrog Bagels, to an array of full-service caterers, food trucks, and everything in between. Everyone in our facility is available to you for catering at the hall. Attached is a list of our current "Members" - these are the local entrepreneurs who currently produce within our walls. Additionally, we're constantly adding new talent and we keep strong relationships with our alums who love to return for events.

The Warehouse has a full liquor license, so your bar service will be custom designed based on YOUR individual needs. We proudly support DC's craft beer & spirits producers whenever possible, with partners such as Green Hat and DC Brau. It’s just one more way to make your event truly "local."

Our event space is more affordable than most options in the city. For 2017 dates, our base rate is $400 / hour for event time and $200 / hour for set-up breakdown. Some staff may be required such as an event supervisor, bar manager, etc and added at an hourly [email hidden] to Get Here:
We are a 10 minute walk from either Brookland or Rohode Isaland Ave Metro stations (on the Red Line) in Northeast DC. Our street boasts plenty of free parking, and we are a 10 minute Uber ride from other popular neighborhoods such as U Street Corridor, Shaw, Convention Center, or NoMa, and 5 minutes from Bloomingdale and North Capital Street.
