This Urban Industrial style event space has high ceilings, designer chandeliers, and features a barn wall. It has a clean, modern look for all your private event needs. Included in your rental is a kitchen with standard size fridge/freezer, sink and a hospitality suite. Let us be your saving grace for your next bridal shower, birthday party, small ceremony or reception, your corporate events or workshops even a funeral reception. We can accommodate your every need whether you need catering or would like to bring your own. We can host up to 110 people. The possibilities are endless.. General Rules
• Clients have access to the rooms 2 hours prior to the start of their event for set-up. Any additional set-up time is subject to availability and MUST be confirmed with FCC Décor Management the week of the event
• Clients MUST be cleaned up and out of the room by 2am, or will be subject to a fee of $250
• Any damages incurred during event is $300 up to $500.00
• Use of the kitchen and VIP areas are complementary for all events
• Clients may drop off items before their event if storage space is available, and must be confirmed with FCC Décor Management
• Nothing is to be stuck to the walls with glue, tape, nails etc.
• No glitter, sparkles, open fires or candle with exposed flames will be permitted (except birthday candles)
• Table and chair set-up are included with rental fee
• Space is 800 sq. ft.
• Can accommodate up to 120 people; varies on set-up
• No Vaping/smoking/drug use of any kind
• Final floorplan to be given 1 week prior to event
• Plus any contract rules not listed
Booking Notes
• 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date; the balance is due 48 Hours before event
• Bookings are non-refundable
• Cancellations within 1 week of the event are subject to full payment
• Cancellations within 30 days, but more than one week before the event are subject to 50% of the remaining balance
• Anything that is asked to be set up by the FCC crew other than tables, chairs and linens are subject to an $18/hr fee
• SOCAN- is the responsibility of the DJ
• Special Occasion Permit is to be provided to have on file
• MUST PROVIDE VALID ID AND CREDIT CARD

Yesterday we celebrated my sister’s bridal shower in this incredible space. The entire journey planning this event was made easy with Melissa and all her staff. Thank you so much for making our event planning so smooth. Our guests were in love with every moment, and my sister still cannot get over her special celebration. We will definitely continue to spread the word on this awesome location and hope to be back!
