Our 1,000 sq.ft industrial loft/studio is located in Railtown, just east of the bustling Gastown and walking distance to downtown. We are an Interior Design firm that is renting out our studio on evenings and weekends for you to host in the trendy design district! Our studio includes a full kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances, private in suite washroom, 70" smart tv, Sonos system, wireless internet, intercom/buzz system, fir beams, polished concrete floors and a garage door to open on the warm days. We offer our studio as a flex-furnished rental. This means that it comes with furniture and we can substitute or add in furniture depending on what you're needs are! We can decorate, cater and furnish the space as you desire for an additional cost.
