This 700 sq ft. remote access studio space has been designed for freelancers and small business owners. Understanding their needs can be temporary and quaint, it was put together to allow creative minds to create their own concepts within the space. So you can put things on the wall (provided it be done with command hooks, they are 100% allowed)
Ideally, it can be used for photo/video shoots, and small workshops. Prior to renting you can inquire about the use of onsite tables, chairs, backdrops, and lighting. Should you require add-on services please don't hesitate to ask as I may have a contact, however, that would be at your own expense.
There is a small refreshment station with a coffee maker, water dispenser and mini fridge for use (keeping this area clean is a must).

Alcohol permitted
- Alcohol is permitted provided the appropriate insurance proof is provided prior to the event taking place. Should alcohol be in the studio without a permit the renter will be subject to fines associated.
- Space must be in the condition it was in upon your arrival.
- There should never be more than 30 people in the space at a time as that is the maximum capacity
