A $1000 Security Deposit and Insurance is required for each event. All events require Host Liability Insurance and Host Liquor Liability if any liquor is to be served. Guests must provide valid permits for all vendors. No smoking is allowed. No pet are allowed. Excessive damage will be charged at the cost of repair.
Strict rules on booking time period, please make sure you book enough time for you and your group.
