Events with liquor are $1542 (includes tax) for a 2pm-12am rental time, with the option to add additional hours if needed.

The Mezzanine room at our studio is a flexible event space, used by high profile renters such as Nike, Adobe, Hootsuite, and Lululemon, among others. Impress your guests with our stylish space that has exposed beams, industrial-chic decor, and a great location. We allow a limited number of renters each month to obtain a Special Occasion Liquor License to bring in their own liquor on behalf of their guests - if you'd like this for your event please let us know.
Some furniture is included with the room rental, and the following is available for an extra fee:

Projector & Screen - $91.20

Room capacity is 110 standing and 100 seated.
Please note that in order to complete the booking process, we require a rental agreement also be filled out and signed, and if you are serving liquor you will need one-day liquor liability insurance. Rental times include setup and teardown, and any time needed for deliveries or pickups should be included in this as well.
Renters must sign a rental agreement: we will email this to you after you book, or if you'd like to review it in advance please let us know.
Renters can choose any caterer, or self-cater at no extra cost
Renters can bring in their own A/V or furniture at no extra cost, or you can rent ours if you prefer
Additional liquor liability insurance is required
No open flames allowed except for chafing dishes and burners supervised by a licensed catering company.
I absolutely loved working with the Soundhouse Studio team (Karen, Carlos, etc.). Karen was patient with my back and forth with the insurance company and she answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Carlos, our go-to person the day of the event was a relaxed and resourceful guy. Thanks to both of you for making our Feeding Growth event a success!
We held our wedding reception at Soundhouse Studios — it was a fantastic venue for our party of about 60 guests. Communication was super easy and Soundhouse worked with us to make sure every detail was worked out for the party.
