Welcome to our downtown space, where textures of the city mingle for timelessly modern affairs in the heart of Toronto's Fashion District. Elegant clean lines contrast the vivid artistry of Graffiti Alley for a unique blend of sophistication and bold city style.
Our ground-entrance dual-level open concept space features 18-foot windows; a central staircase and signature mezzanine level; a cascading statement chandelier; gallery hanging capabilities and freshly-refinished bamboo flooring. Our venue includes a catering prep kitchen, two gender-neutral washrooms, air conditioning and WiFi for you and your guests. Our audio/visual options include an assortment of coloured grid-lights, uplights, wireless microphone and audio hook-up, and a portable projector and screen for your carefully-prepared presentations. A/V services are priced individually.

Price listed is the rate from Sun-Thu. Fri-Sat evenings are $300/hour. Venue Manager ($50/hour) and professional cleaning ($200) required. Outside catering welcome. Furniture rentals arranged through venue. A/V services and event staffing extra.

Every aspect of my interaction with Kristin and Leeland was fantastic! Kristin was very approachable and was readily available by email. She answered all questions in a timely fashion. The venue hosts were extremely professional in their conduct and were very accommodating with requests. It was a pleasure working with the hosts in organizing the event. I would highly recommend this venue to friends and family!
Beautiful space, just as shown in the photos and description. Amazing venue for a 2 day meeting with 70ish attendees, plus great value compared to other similar spaces. Kristin was easy to communicate with, responding quickly and making sure we were set up. Kristin and Leeland were wonderful and accommodating throughout the duration of our event. Will be back!
